GetVirtual Studio is an internal workspace used by GetVirtual team members and consultants to log hours, submit weekly timesheets, track projects and prepare proposals. This page explains what information the workspace handles and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details. When you sign in with Google or with an email and password, we receive your name and email address. We do not receive your Google password, and we only request basic profile and email access.
• Work you enter. Time entries, timesheet submissions and approvals, projects, tasks, proposals, links and files that you or your teammates add to the workspace.

How it is used

Your information is used only to run the workspace: to sign you in, show you your own timesheets, let admins review and approve submitted weeks, and track project progress and hours. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Consultants can see their own time entries. Admins can see the team's timesheets so they can approve or reject them. Project details are visible to signed-in members of the workspace. Access is limited to people with an approved account.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our database and authentication provider, Supabase, and the application is hosted on Cloudflare. Both process data on our behalf to provide the service.

Your choices

You can ask a workspace administrator to correct or delete your account and the entries associated with it. If you no longer need access, you can stop using the workspace at any time.
